Coach: Paris Singletary
Paris has been dancing since before he could talk; at a very young age he discovered the enjoyments of music, rhythm, and performance. Paris began as a tap dancer at the age of 5 at Burton International Academy's after school program. This opened the door to many other opportunities. Going on to do musical theater and catching a break with the Southfield-Lathrup High School Dance Company, his dance instructors only pushed him to be "better tomorrow than you are today." Going off to minor in Dance at Western Michigan University, Paris was able to get the best training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, and Hip-Hop. Also being one of the founding members of the on-campus dance crew "Rhythmic Remedy" helped him grow as a well-rounded performer. Since then Paris has performed at EMU, Motor City Movement, and other special gigs with his inner-city Jazz Funk team Melodic Nocturne, and is now the dance coach for the Dynamic Divaz of Detroit!
